曾璇，博士、复旦大学微电子学院教授、博导，教育部长江学者特聘教授、国家杰出青年科学基金获得者、专用集成电路与系统国家重点实验室主任(2008-2012)、国家信息产业部十一五和2020 中长期规划集成电路领域专家。主要从事集成电路设计和设计自动化方向的研究。发表论文140余篇。2018年获得《Integration, the VLSI Journal》最佳论文奖。2017年获得 UEMCON最佳论文奖。获得DAC 2017、DAC 2014、ICCAD 2013、DATE 2017、ASPDAC 2017最佳论文提名。担任IEEE TCAD、IEEE TCAS-II、ACM TODAES副编辑。获得授权国家发明专利14项。获得上海市自然科学一等奖、上海市自然科学牡丹奖、中国青年女科学家奖、教育部科技进步二等奖、北京市科学技术奖二等奖、中国电子学会电子信息科学技术奖一等奖。上海市“五一”劳动奖章、享受政府特殊津贴专家、上海领军人才、教育部跨世纪优秀人才等奖项。Xuan Zeng, PhD, is a Professor and PhD Supervisor at the School of Microelectronics, Fudan University. She serves as a Chang Jiang Scholar Program of the Ministry of Education, a Recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, and was the Director of the State Key Laboratory of ASIC and Systems (2008-2012). Additionally, she is an expert in the field of integrated circuits for the 11th Five-Year Plan and the Medium- and Long-Term Plan for 2020 of the Ministry of Information Industry. Her primary research focuses on integrated circuit design and design automation. She has published over 140 papers. In 2018, she received the Best Paper Award from Integration, the VLSI Journal. In 2017, she was awarded the UEMCON Best Paper Award. She has also received Best Paper Nominations at DAC 2017, DAC 2014, ICCAD 2013, DATE 2017, and ASPDAC 2017. Currently, she serves as an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Computer-Aided Design of Integrated Circuits and Systems (TCAD), IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems II: Express Briefs (TCAS-II), and ACM Transactions on Design Automation of Electronic Systems (TODAES). She has been granted 14 national invention patents. Her accolades include the First Prize of Shanghai Natural Science Award, Shanghai Natural Science Peony Award, China Young Female Scientist Award, Second Prize of Science and Technology Progress of the Ministry of Education, Second Prize of Beijing Science and Technology Award, First Prize of Information and Electronics Science and Technology Award of the China Institute of Electronics, Shanghai May 1st Labor Medal, recognition as an Expert Entitled to Special Government Allowance, Shanghai Leading Talent, and Cross-Century Outstanding Talent of the Ministry of Education.
