东南大学集成电路学院副教授，博士生导师，依托国家EDA创新中心，聚焦基于AI技术的集成电路EDA方法学，研究特征化建库、时序分析和签核技术，主持国家重点研发计划和国家自然科学基金等项目，与多家国产EDA头部企业开展合作研究，在IEEE TCAD, IEEE TVLSI, DAC, ICCAD等本领域权威国际期刊会议等发表论文30余篇，授权发明专利20余件，技术成果转化用于国产EDA工具研发。Associate Professor and Ph.D. Supervisor at the School of Integrated Circuits, Southeast University, is affiliated with the National Center of Technology Innovation for EDA. His research focuses on AI-based EDA methodologies, specializing in characterization library development, timing analysis, and signoff techniques. As a principal investigator, he has led multiple national-level research initiatives, including projects under the National Key R&D Program and the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). He maintains close collaborations with leading domestic EDA companies, contributing to the advancement of indigenous EDA toolchains. His scholarly output includes 30+ publications in premier international journals and conferences (e.g., IEEE TCAD, IEEE TVLSI, DAC, ICCAD) and 20+ granted invention patents. Several patented technologies have been successfully commercialized, directly enhancing China's EDA ecosystem.
