杨帆教授2003年获得西安交通大学学士学位，2008年获复旦大学博士学位，同年入职复旦大学担任讲师。现为复旦大学集成电路与微纳电子创新学院/集成芯片与系统全国重点实验室教授。 他的研究主要聚焦集成电路设计自动化领域，包括模拟电路建模、仿真与优化，数字集成电路的高层次综合、逻辑仿真、物理设计及可制造性设计等。2012年荣获上海市自然科学一等奖，并多次获得国际顶级会议最佳论文提名（包括2014年DAC、2017年DAC及2017年ASPDAC）。2018年入选国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金项目。 Prof. Fan Yang received his B.E. Degree from Xi’an Jiaotong University in 2003, and his Ph.D degree from Fudan University in 2008. He joined Fudan University as an assistant Professor in 2008. He is now a professor in the College of Integrated Circuits & Micro-Nano Electronics / State Key Lab of Integrated Circuits and Systems at Fudan University. His research is mainly focused on design automation of integrated circuits, including modeling, simulation and optimization of analog circuits, high-level synthesis, logic simulation, physical design, and DFM of digital integrated circuits. He won First-class prize of Natural Science Shanghai in 2012. He also got several best paper nominations such as DAC 2014, DAC 2017 and ASPDAC 2017. He was supported by National Science Foundation for Excellent Young Scholars in 2018.
