Can international students take part in this competition?

Yes, all students in universities which are good at Integrated circuit, software and computer science can take part in this competition. Plus, master students and doctor students in universities in China mainland, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and overseas could take part in this competition. Excellent undergraduate students (including international students) also could take part in this competition.
How many students are there in each team?

No more than 3 students.
Who owns the rights to publish and use the relevant technical information of entries?

The ownership of the rights of publish and use the relevant technical information, such as the design documents, are shared between competition committee and your team.
